Being located near the Brenner Highway, the building enjoys great visibility and is surrounded by a very busy context. The project aims to the preservation of the landscape of vineyards, thus the plan is very sober and shielded with a sort of vertical garden (vines). This implies the urban requalification of the area and guarantees a continuity with the landscape, meanwhile it works as a device to control the sunlight. Those parts which are not visible from the highway overlook a courtyard characterized by green spaces and the use of materials such as porphyry, wood and glass.
The project answers two different scales of perception; one concerns the territory and the dynamic given by the near highway (logistics), and one concerns the construction and the impact on the pedestrians (offices and courtyard).
