The building is a production site on the ground floor, built with elements in reinforced concrete made in site or prefabricated and two linear elements on the first and second levels dedicated to tertiary activities. These elements are set at 14 ml from each other and are 15ml thick all steel. The vertical blades near the lifts are made of reinforced concrete.

The two lateral blocks are limited by belts of steel modular panels 100x100 cm and form a continuous surface. The entrance shows a great geometrical movement, a sort of “bow” welcoming the visitors.
