Bren Center was the first shopping mall in Trentino, it can be defined a historical structure. This renovation project aims to re launch the mall in terms of functionality and appeal, following a plan of intervention economically and physically feasible, compatible and sustainable. The main theme chosen is “floral decoration” celebrating the previous “Liberty” shopping malls. The interior enjoys a very careful planning of the courses which develop around a monumental glass stair. The whole project, followed from the beginning to the end, was thought to get the commercial activities operating   though in the middle of a construction yard, most of the work was brought on by night.
