This plan concerns the landscape renovation of a commercial farm in the centre of Qatar, with the final double intent to convert the production and to build a residence with a park for the family. The recreational spaces - well divided from the farming areas – are organized according to functions and pedestrian accesses. The guidelines of the plan take into account the needs of shade (arbors, curtains, trees) and coolness (water tanks, fountains, water features) and thus work out a contemporary version of the traditional Arabian garden but in a rural context.
