This is the planning of a two family house with a ground floor communicating with the lower levels (stube) and garden, and a first floor communicating with a second floor “attic” with a smaller garden. Though close to one another the two flats are endowed with top privacy. The building develops north-south, following the morphology and orography of the territory around the northern Lake Garda. In this way the courses, the buildings and the exposure are north-south bound. Balconies and terraces offer a wide view towards south, towards the Lake Garda.
