Multi-family building with 65 units in Rovereto (Italy)

Designed in 1962 by Luciano Baldessari, one of the prominent figures in post-war Italian architecture, the Venezia condominium consists of a stepped tower structure and a surrounding, lower second structure. The revitalization involves both the refurbishment of the external coating through structural plaster to enhance seismic resistance and the enhancement of all external facades. The project includes the installation of communal "garden spaces" on the condominium terraces for collective use.
