The building of the logistics department is the first of other following renovations involving the whole company site. The project aims to balance architectural, functional, strategic, commercial and communicative choices of the company. The new building, of imposing dimensions, needs special attentions as it is located in a delicate position between the Trentino Dolomites and the Val di Fiemme along the Avisio stream. Thus the idea is to take two different, though synergic strategies. First the reminder of the woods of the valley (Val di Fiemme) by inserting, on the blind facades sheets of local fir, with an irregular geometrical design. Secondly the union of these elements with the LOGO, the word or the communication in the end: PASTA. This word not only indicates what the factory produces, but it is also the acronym of PERSONE, ACQUA, STORIA, TERRITORIO, ARIA, (people, water, history, land, air). According to the philosophy of the company these are the real materials contributing to the creation of a local product exported all over the world.
