The building and spaces’ project is the last phase of a technical path made of the company’s knowledge, of its technical and economic needs, of its production cycles, of its business aims. This stage foresees a constant meeting with the Client and the different technical specialists, so that the final design would have all the necessary answers to the company’s expectations and growth.

Our planning activity structures through different technical stages:

  • Feasibility study, interior and exterior layouts, people and goods’ flows, spaces for the different productive cycles;
  • Architectural design divided in concept, preliminary, schematic and detailed phases;
  • Elaboration and management of the authorization procedures and applications in Public Institutions and Offices;
  • Optimisation of spaces for the productive lines in agreement with the suppliers;
  • Study of the trade and sale spaces in agreement with the marketing experts;
  • Estimation and management of the building’s costs, market researches and prices’ analysis;
  • Study of spaces, functions, flows and materials in agreement with the company’s Quality Office;
  • Management of the realization’s works in superimposition of ongoing productive activities.
